Since then, Barr, a medical administrative assistant, has gone from 168 pounds to 153. And Mya, now a 15-year-old sophomore, went from 247 to 216. Here’s how.

We changed from butter to PAM spray, 2% to fat free milk. We added more vegetables. We limit fried foods.
How can other moms make changes?

Broccoli Polonaise: broccoli florets, hard boiled eggs, bread crumbs, and tilapia.
